If you ever find yourself in Houston, please, PLEASE visit Perry’s Steakhouse for the most amazing pork chops. They basically bring out a whole pig.

^ This. Their steaks are excellent but it’s hard to pass this up sometimes. They now have a location in Dallas, Chicago and Denver as well. Here is the pork chop on video
